For over 25 years GEGe machinebouw is helping customers in horticulture, vegetable and fruit processing and the food industry. Always with a focus on reducing the amount of labour, improving working conditions and improvement of the end product produced with our machines.

Currently, GEGE Machinebouw have an experienced and flexible team of specialists who are able to carry out and complete the largest projects. The company has grown to be the leader in the market of advanced machines for the processing of vegetables and fruits.

These machines are built in the Netherlands and anywhere else in the world for their clients. The proud owner of several patents, GEGE Machinebouw uses these as the sole player in their field for their clients. GEGE Machinebouw now also have interesting innovations ready for use in the food industry.

Process and approach

Consultation

You know your product better than anyone else. Consequently, you are welcome to tell us in this first free consultation all about the bottlenecks in your production process and what you are seeking to change, improve and gain from us.

Orientation

In this phase we would like to ascertain whether your goals are attainable. If we see possibilities for improvement, we will make a proposition, this could either concern the existing machine or developing an customised innovation for you.

Design

If existing machines do not exactly offer what you are looking for we will look for a solution using our specialised design software.  Staring with initial sketches and construction drawings we will work our way to a design that works on paper.

Test phase

A prototype will be made from that design and subjected to practical and realistic tests and try-outs.  The results will determine which changes need to be made. We will fine-tune the machine until it does exactly what you had in mind.

Installation

When everything works perfectly the definitive machine is built and installed on your premises. You can make use of your own personnel; our technicians will gladly pass on their knowhow.  In this manner your people will get to know the machine and will be able to take care of straightforward maintenance.  After installation, we will start up the machine and observe its performance doing the actual work.  This is the most important phase in the process. We will devote much attention to this so as to minimise later maintenance needs and to render necessary repair unlikely.
