How does the tray plant sorting line work?
Dosing system
The cubic crates containing plants are positioned as desired using a lift. Subsequently, the plants are transported out of the crate via a conveyor belt. The adjustable bottom allows precise regulation of the quantity of plants.
Rail system
The rail system above the table for the mobile bin trolley significantly reduces damage to the plants. The plants are only transferred twice.
Sorting tables
Each workspace has a table for 1, 2, or 3 boxes, a storage shelf under the table, and a waste disposal opening in the table.
Waste transportation system
The conveyor belt under each worktable transports the waste to a central location.
New bin-tipper strawberry plant sorting system for both tray and fridge plants.
Recently, GEGE machine construction has developed a new, compact system capable of handling both strawberry tray plants and fridge plants. This system processes the plants efficiently and offers several advantages over the traditional system.
